Who we are

AIK Auto Tech Inc. ("AIK Auto Tech", "we") is a vehicle manufacturing, assembly and automotive technology company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, at Office 211, 2nd Floor, Al Owais Building, Port Saeed, Deira. We are the controller of the personal data described below.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry or request for quotation we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, country of operation, the platform or service you are interested in, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and page requests in order to serve and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and technical documentation, and maintain a record of the commercial relationship. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiry details may be shared with our manufacturing and technology partners where this is necessary to prepare a quotation or specification — for example when a manufacturer data sheet or price must be obtained. Our website host and form provider process the data on our instructions. We disclose personal data to authorities only where required by applicable law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting contract, and thereafter for the period required by applicable commercial and tax record-keeping rules.

Your choices

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to retain it. Write to info@aikauto.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and script libraries from a public CDN; those providers receive your IP address as part of serving the request. The contact page embeds a Google Maps frame, which loads only when that section is reached.

Translation

The language switcher uses Google Translate. Nothing is loaded from Google Translate until you open the language picker, and a single cookie named googtrans records your chosen language so it persists between pages. If you use it, the page content is sent to Google for translation. Machine translation is unreliable for technical and defence terminology — the English source remains authoritative, and quotations are always issued in English.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security. Enquiry data is transmitted encrypted and stored with our form provider. No system is perfectly secure, and we ask that you do not send classified or export-controlled material through the website contact form.
